お洒落な雰囲気の、こちら。ファミレスだが、侮ることなかれ。横浜名物のハンバーグにも近いものがあるが、中々美味しい。ソースも美味しく、ハンバーグにあっていた。山わさびをチョイスしたが、よく合っている。ただ、物議はありそう。

ひたちの牛久で昼食時、こちらを見つけて伺ってみた。お洒落でファミレスぽいな、とは思ったが、北関東で展開するファミレスだった。
山わさびが乗ったランチを、クイーンでチョイス。テーブルで仕上げるスタイルは、地元横浜でも経験済み。熱々で食べれるのが最高だが、山わさびがかなりの量。
しかしながら、ハンバーグによく合う。ソースとの相性も良いのだろうが、気に入ってしまった。
思わぬ出会いに、感謝したランチとなった。
