茨城の小麦を中心にパン作りをしています。
パンと焼き菓子約60種類ほどを国産小麦と国産のライ麦100%で焼いています。
その中でも主に、茨城県産の「ゆめかおり」を使用、全粒粉も同じ「ゆめかおり」を石臼で農家で挽いてもらって使っています。
総菜パンや菓子パンに使う材料もできる限り、地元の美味しい素材を用いて、手作りで作ることを心掛けて、買っていただいたお客様が喜んでいただけるパンになるよう、食べるときの笑顔を思いながら焼いています。
