I tried Ushiku's eel for the first time, and stopped by Ushiku Chateau. It was right after the store opened at 11am, but the first customers were groups of four and two, and after that, groups of three, two, and three continued to arrive. I ordered eel ju (top) for 4,400 yen, Kimoyaki for 550 yen, and hot sake for 495 yen. While drinking hot sake, I waited for a while, and the grilled rice appeared. The sweet and spicy sauce made the drink go well, and I ordered more hot sake. The Unajyu eel was soft and delicious. It was lighter than the eel in Narita, but it was still delicious.
