自慢の『もちどら』は、一度食べたらもちもち感と美味しさにやみつき！
『もちどら』を一番最初に食べた時、その美味しさに感動しました。
まず、そのもちもちっとした食感。
そして、ちょっと色の白っぽい粒あん。（小豆餡にはこだわりがあるようです）
餡の甘さが絶妙なん...
和菓子、だいすきなんです。
豆好きもあって、あんこにはうるさいと自負していますが…ここのあんこは美味しいですよ(^^)
どちらかというと粒あんはの私ですが、ここのこし餡は格別。
