和菓子、だいすきなんです。
豆好きもあって、あんこにはうるさいと自負していますが…ここのあんこは美味しいですよ(^^)
どちらかというと粒あんはの私ですが、ここのこし餡は格別。
舌触りの良いこし餡で、こし餡の良さが感じることができるとても丁寧なこし餡だと思います。
色は薄めだけど香りは良い…素材のままなんだな、って感じます。
よくあんこだけを買わせていただいて、お汁粉やぜんざいを作ってます。
親切なご主人で、快くあんこだけ売ってくれます(^^)ありがたい
