Iimura beef is raised using special feed formulated in-house and underground water that gushes from the foothills of Mt. Tsukuba and is purified with maifan stone and tourmaline. The food formulation was developed independently by the third generation veterinarian. This commitment allows us to raise beef that contains plenty of olein, which determines the flavor of meat.

We have a ``raw meat processing room'' inside our store, which is one of the few in the country. You can enjoy raw Wagyu beef yukhoe that has been approved by the public health center and is safe and secure. The more you chew, the more the flavor of Japanese beef spreads in your mouth. Once you try it, you'll definitely want to come back for more.
Food Grow slowly and carefully for 34 months.
Cows are usually shipped for 28 to 30 months. Iimura beef, on the other hand, is raised for a long period of 32 to 34 months before being shipped to the market. Keeping in mind the saying, "A cow that sleeps well will be a good cow," we carefully raise our cows in a stress-free environment using a large tourmaline fan that generates negative ions.

The third generation veterinarian personally visits the barn every day to monitor the cows' physical condition. We carefully check the health condition of each animal and strive to raise them stress-free.
