メニューは私、オーナー藤原が試行錯誤し旨い！と自信を持って提供出来る物だけで構成！全部の料理にこだわっております。店名の「ウィステリア」は紫の花で知られる「藤」の意味があり私の名前藤原でもありこれまでの人生で名前に「藤」のつく人との縁が多い事が由来。
