(2015/10/22) I visited Hitachi at a social gathering after work. After entering the store just before 6 p.m., customers started arriving one after another, and it quickly became full. I wonder if Hitachi's night is early. First up is fried Mexicali from Ibaraki Prefecture. It has a texture similar to that of a goby, but seems to be found in the deep sea. The famous Anglerfish pot seems to be available from November (´・ω・`) I'll have Ankimo instead. The night at Hitachi went on with delicious food and fun stories. What, who was the person who planned the trip to see Anglerfish pot? Please leave me alone~(-_-ﾆ) (2015/6/24) This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located on the land side of Hitachi Station, down a little alley from the main Namiki Dori. It's a small shop, and you can get Anglerfish in winter. I visited him today at a work launch at Hitachi. Cheers to the beautiful places we visited as well!(^^)! We had a lively conversation while snacking on fried Mexicali, fish sashimi, three types of edamame, etc. Unfortunately, I was the only one who left midway through the trip as it was a day trip.
