出張の際に行ったお店です。
日立のこの時期ということで、やっぱり鮟鱇を食べにこちらのお店に行きました。
宿泊施設を併設しており、少し高級感のあるお店となっています。
席数が多いこともあってか、金曜日の夜でしたが、直前に電話をして、入ることが出来ました。
最初に出て来たお通しには小ぶりのしっかりと煮た鯛が出て来て良い感じです。
鮟肝は鍋とは別に注文しましたが、濃厚な味わいで良いですね。
鮟鱇鍋は、味噌ベースのスープに鮟肝を溶かして味付けをしています。
濃厚な鮟肝と味噌があうことは知っていますが、鍋のスープに更なるコクを与えてくれます。
具には鮟鱇の様々な部分、豆腐、白菜やネギ等の野菜が入っていますが、やっぱり主役は
鮟鱇です。しっかりとした身やコラーゲンがたっぷり含まれていそうなプリっとした部分も
たくさん入っており、食べごたえはありますね。
鮟鱇鍋を食べるのであれば、お勧め出来ると思います。
