平日19時に訪問。
駐車場は裏に2台分しかないので要注意です。
先客は若者3組。
ラーメン&お酒のお店ですが、みなさんラーメン目当てのようです。
ゆず塩油そば(750円)並
油そばながらメニューが豊富。
中でも二番人気のこちらをチョイス。
初訪かつ再訪の可能性もあるため冒険せず。
気持ち5分で着丼！
鶏の出汁が効いていて濃いもののしょっぱくはなく、豊富な味変グッズを満喫することができます。
タマネギなども最初からは入っておらず、味変として量を調整できる感じです。
有料で麺を増やせ、今回は並だったので増量しても元々の価格設定を抑えているので割りに合うと思います。
そのあたりの工夫が素晴らしいです。
あと割りスープは昆布出汁でしょうか、濃くてそれだけでも美味しいです。
再訪確定。
