茨城の山菜の時期も終わり、来春まで食べられないのかと思ってましたが(T_T)
「山菜入荷」の張り紙が(*^^)v
こちらの店主によると、弟さんが山形県の宮城県よりの山中で牧場してるそうで、
「山菜がそこらじゅうに生えているもんだから、段ボールにたんまりと入れて送ってくれるんだよ」とのこと。東北の山菜はこれからなので来春まで待つ必要がありませんヾ(*´∀｀*)ﾉ
こちら日本料理店。とはいっても居酒屋ぽい雰囲気です。
お昼は店主の心意気で長年している500円ランチのみです。
500円ランチは2種類で刺身定食の他に、日替わりでかき揚げやサバの塩焼きなどなど、もう1種類出ます。
いくらなんでも山菜天ぷら定食は時価だろうと思ってたら、会計時に「500円です！」と言われビックリしましたΣ(ﾟДﾟ；≡；ﾟдﾟ)
天ぷらは「こごみ」など6種類(名前がわからないので説明できない ^^;)。
そもそもが日本料理店だけに揚げ方がうまい。衣がしっかり付いているのに油ぽくなく、素材の味も存分に楽しめます。
CPの店というより、味わいの店と言っていいのではないでしょうか(^^)
もっとも本業の夜の営業で日本酒を片手にしっぽりと「山菜酒」というのも美味しいですよね！
