Food Melt-in-your-mouth roast beef with pacho
Our proud roast beef is one of our most popular menu items since our establishment, and of course this one dish! It's fluffy, tender, juicy, and tastes as smooth as a thin layer of clothing, which is why we're seeing repeat customers all the time. The low-temperature cooking that continues for more than 3 hours brings out the natural flavor of the meat, made using Paccho's unique Kodawari method.

The wine served from barrels is brewed locally using local grapes in accordance with strict production standards. It is brewed and fermented at a winery near Venice, Italy, then packed in barrels and sent to us. Since it is not exposed to air until the moment it is poured into the glass, you can enjoy a fresh and flavorful taste without oxidation.
