トマトソースを引いて鯛と白子のフライ、
そしてタルタルソースが添えられて。
たまーに洋食屋さんみたいなのも出て来ます。
後ろ側には鴨のロースト美事な火入れ。
特大はんぺんで始まる銅鍋で炊いたおでん️
昆布が色鮮やか出汁が旨い。
肉巻きチーズ入りつくねはピーマンがアクセントでした。
岩海苔、鰊の刺身、焼き厚揚げ、ハイボールが捗ります。
ステーキ肉をトリミングしていたので端っこちょーだいって
言ってみたら良いところ焼いてくれました。
と言うわけで本年の太鼓判亭初詣ででした。
三連小皿の右側、海老にイクラと海老パウダー。
串焼き、鰆、豚角煮、炊き合わせ、手羽中、
今年の最終営業日もお腹いっぱい大満足。
海老と海老ふりかけの載った茶碗蒸し、
出汁を詰めたのか海老の風味が濃かった、
海老好きには堪らないだろうな～（実はちょっと苦手食材）。
お通しの数の子チーズ風味が良い出来、
サイコロ状のチーズとパルメザン風チーズを和えただけみたいですが
ハイボールに良く合いました。
お刺身に酢豚、
豚ロースと餡掛け焼きそばでお腹いっぱい。
もつ煮込み：煮込みに5時間良い塩梅
天ぷら：揚げ立てさくさく
肉野菜炒め：
ちょうど腹九分目というところで、
餡掛け焼そば：焼きそばソースと餡掛けが合う？合わない??
とあっという間に完食。
ばら肉の麻婆豆腐いつものお味、
ステーキのトリミングで出たお肉の煮込みもよかった、
そして大きなほっけでお腹いっぱい。

あれ、ケーキ？

おめでとう～良い一年でありますように。
お土産は炊き込みご飯でした。
