Many shops at Omicho Market are closed on Wednesdays, so it feels a little lonely. Meanwhile, I rushed into an empty restaurant and started drinking for breakfast and lunch.It was my first time to eat Jibuni, a dish I had with sake. The thick soup stock works well. I ordered this in hopes of making a comeback for Noto beef Steak. The yellowtail radish has a nice aroma and texture.This is delicious.
