Matsugyotei is located on a hilltop overlooking the city of Kanazawa. We had hitsumabushi (steamed rosy seaperch) ♪ It was really delicious!! The moderately fatty rosy seaperch and rice were delicious! Topped with condiments, it was delicious! Poured with broth, it was delicious!! It was even more delicious than eel hitsumabushi (*´꒳`*) It was so delicious that I will definitely visit here whenever I go to Kanazawa in the future.
