あるテレビ番組で梅沢富美男さんがおすすめしていたのを見て、予約して行きました。
金沢でおすすめのお店だと。
ノドクロ、蟹、お刺し身
なにを食べても美味しくて行ってみて大正解！
すっかりお店のファンになりました。
ズワイガニは調理前生きていたのをテーブルに持ってきてくれて、食べ方の確認です！
脚２本を刺身で。残りは茹でお願いしました。
甲羅は最後に甲羅酒をおすすめされました。

こんな贅沢いいのだろうか。
もちろんこのカニが美味しいの当たり前で、幸せしか感じないひとときでした。
のどぐろ ⇒ 時価
焼くと脂が染み出してきます。
残すところはないと説明を受けながら、お店の人がコテで切り分けてくれて食べでいきます。
ヒレ、シッポもパリパリと食べられます。
今まで食べたのどぐろで一番美味しくて驚きです。
さすが高級魚です。
金沢へ行ったら絶対行くべきお店です。
ただ、人気店なので2時間という時間制が気になるところ。
カニを茹でる時間がかなりかかりますので、出てくるのは遅く、食べたらすぐ時間です。
甲羅酒を飲む時間はなかったです(泣)
これだけ残念ですね。
遠くてなかなか行けませんが、また来年とお店をあとにしました。
