訪問予定が土曜日であったので、繁華街（片町・）香林坊エリア）で予約可能な名店を探していた際、こちらで18:00〜、四人の予約を取れた。
お店に入るとほぼ満席であったため、休日の予約はしておいて良かったと安堵。店内は伝統的な日本家屋（もしかすると昔は大きな屋敷だった？）であった。
このお店で驚いたのはバランス良くレベルが高かったことである。どの料理を食べようと迷う方でも大丈夫。金沢の有名どころをとりあえず頼もう！という考え方でも十分すぎると思われる。
また、季節や時間帯にも依ると考えられるが、ドリンクの提供スピードが飲み人生のなかでトップレベルで早かった。日本酒の飲み比べ（手取川、菊姫、吉田の蔵）もしていたので、2倍で楽しめた。店員さん方の努力に心から感謝したい。また金沢に立ち寄った際は是非訪れたい。
