金沢旅行初日の夜は源左ェ門へ。
金沢の居酒屋といったらいたるかくろ屋だけどいたるはちょい観光向けになったし、くろ屋は今回滞在のホテルから少し遠かったのでこちらへ初訪問。
結果、大正解！
刺し盛り2人前、のどぐろ塩焼き、ふぐの卵巣のぬか漬け、ガス海老、蟹味噌の甲羅焼き、じゃがバタをオーダー。のどぐろの塩焼きは食べ終わった後に頭と尻尾でスープにしてくれるし、ガス海老は頭を唐揚げにしてくれるし最高！
今後金沢の居酒屋はここ一択だな。
