先週末のこと。
金沢でクラフトビアー(地ビールですね)のイベントがありまして、
そちらの方に、金沢の知人といつもの相方とともに参加してきましてね。

先客一組のみで、まったりした中での食事。
生ビールと、豆苗炒め、カーリーヤンロー、サテー、ミークワなど堪能。
意外な味とローカルな味がコラボしてますね。...
