石川県金沢市を訪れています。
金沢駅の商業施設「あんと」の中に加賀屋さんがあるということで行ってみました。
平日の１３時半頃伺いました。店内は空いていて席は３割ほどの埋まり具合。一人でしたが４人がけテーブルを案内してくださいました。
注文したものは、波の華、３，２００円。お刺身、天ぷら、治部煮などの御膳です。
正直に言って、お味は特別美味しいわけではありませんが、上品なのでゆっくりと味わいながらいただきました。
治部煮は先ずはそのままで、そして途中からワサビを溶いていただきました。お店によって微妙に味付けが異なる治部煮。こちらのものは優しい品の良い味付けです。
食事が終わると、新しく淹れたてのお茶を持ってきてくださいました。そして「ゆっくりしていってください」とのお言葉。ちょっとしたことですが、こういったお気遣いが嬉しいです。
店内も落ち着いた内装でテーブル配置もゆったりとしており、落ち着いてゆっくりと食事を楽しむことができます。
味を求めるというより、ゆったりとした時を過ごす目的で訪れると満足できると思います。
