酒を飲みながら晩御飯を食べようと思いお店へ。
予約はしていませんでしたが、すんなり入れました。
メニューを見ると金沢の郷土料理もいっぱい。
水ナスの刺身は、醤油に付けて食べます。
「シュワッ」とした瑞々しい食感に爽やかなナスの風味がします。
ガスエビの唐揚げは、殻が柔らかくて頭から食べてもサクサク食感。
エビの甘みが染み出てきます。
刺身盛りは、甘エビ、カジキ、しめ鯖、ブリ等。
どれも新鮮！
魚の旨味がグッときて、日本酒が進みます。
金沢おでんも注文。
出汁がじんわりと美味しいおでん。
ふわふわの車麩
実がぎっしり詰まったがんも
出汁が染みた大根・・・等々。
その他にも注文しましたが、どれも美味しくて、値段も手ごろ。
