金沢に行く度、お邪魔するこちら【武の助】さん。
誰に教えてもらったわけでもなく、偶然歩いて出会ったお店です。
ご主人も優しく、店員さんも気さくで明るい。
そして、何より、お魚が何を食べてもおいしい。
おいしいに夢中で、食事の写真を取り忘れた程。
ガスエビをお造りにいれてくださり、頭は赤出汁かなと思っていたら、なんと揚げにしてください、頭からしっぽまで、エビ好きとしては大堪能させて頂きました。
その他、牡蠣の石焼き等もおいしく頂き、地酒の種類も豊富で、値段もお手頃。
てっさもこの日はメニューにあり、プリプリコリコリで本当に新鮮！
【武の助】さんの素晴らしいところはグランドメニューの他のおすすめが和紙に記入してあり、その量が半端じゃない！
４人で来店しましたが、これもあれも食べたい状態。
煮付けも関東人でも箸が進むお味付け。
期待を裏切らない、【武の助】さん。
金沢には毎年行っているので、来年も必ず伺います。
