金沢市片町の繁華街には、色々な飲み屋があります。
今回訪れた「くず葉」は、石川県が誇る日本海の幸・お刺身やお寿司が食べられる居酒屋です。
特に美味しいのが、お刺身です。種類が豊富なうえ、タコ・イカといった脇役と言えるメンツもきちんと多めに用意されており、一切れ一切れも大きめに切ってあるので、満足感があります。
ただ、醤油が甘口のもの一種類しかないというのは、ややマイナスポイントかな。ワサビで味の調整をすると、さらに美味しく味わうことができるでしょう。
お寿司は、普通のお寿司屋さんに比べ、一つ一つの握りが小さいのがちょっぴり不満でした。居酒屋だけに、お寿司もあくまで酒の肴といった位置づけなのでしょう。
味の方は文句なく美味しかったです。
お刺身・お寿司に合う日本酒の種類が少ないのが、このお店いちばんの難点かな。
菊姫・手取川・加賀鳶・宗玄といった石川県の地酒を飲み比べながらお魚と一緒に味わえると、非常に良くなると思います。
