A Sushi restaurant located in a back alley near the Katamachi intersection in Kanazawa. They offer a wide range of sake snacks, focusing on local fish, but not limited to seafood. The lively atmosphere makes it a great place to Simmered dish in alone or in a group. ~~ ... When I stuck a toothpick into it, I could pull it all the way out, which was refreshing. [B: Boiled Kinjiso 550 yen] It had a nice crunchy texture and a slight bitterness. It was paired with a soy sauce-based sauce with a slightly sour taste, giving it a refreshing taste perfect for summer. [B: Fatty tuna with yam 750 yen] The coarsely grated fatty tuna was sticky and had a rich flavor on its own. The fatty tuna had a good flavor in both dishes. I lightly poured on the soy sauce and slowly added the wasabi. [B: Tekkamaki 660 yen] I was thinking of ordering something local fish, but I chose tekkamaki. It was neatly rolled up and served. Like the fatty tuna with yam, this red meat had a strong flavor. I thought it would be nice to have a few more drinks here, but I wanted to try other places, so I had a light meal and paid the bill. I think it's a convenient place to go for a quick drink or a proper meal.
