毎朝競り市場に行き、朝獲れの地物の魚を仲買より直接仕入れてます

この辰辰（たつしん）さんは、八日市の「元八らーめん」のお向かいにあります。この通りは 飲食店が集中していて、意外と激戦区ですね。
今回、１階の坪庭に面した個室を利用させていただきました。地魚中心の店なので、居酒屋チェーン店でありがちな、下手なマグロなどは出てきません。
「北陸の魚を食べ慣れている地元客を満足させてこそ，お代を頂ける」というような、金沢の個人経営の店の“矜持”のようなものを感じます。
寿司メニューもありますが、まあ寿司は はやり「餅や」に任せたほうがよさそうです（笑）。
でもここの店の一番の売りは、女将さんの人柄ですかね。その接客態度が とっても気持ちいいですね。
中心部の繁華街に比して 立地条件は悪いですが、いつまでもがんばってほしいです
