どこの誰ですかコスパ悪いと思ってる方は！って感じのお店でした。
ランチコース6500円。サービス料10%あります。
確かに昼としては安くないですが、値段と実際に提供された料理の間のコスパでいえば十分でした。順番に説明。
カニと蛤の茶碗蒸し、茄子ゼリーかけ
茄子は香ばしく、非常に香り良いです。蛤も食べ応えあるサイズで入っており、案外蟹もぎっしり。味もよく、これだけで1500円くらいのクオリティでした。
前菜二皿
人参とパプリカのムースと野菜色々など。個人的にはサーモンのムースが美味しかった。単品で食べるととてもしょっぱいのですが、添えてあるリンゴのシャーベットとの相性抜群。やや意外性のある組み合わせでこの美味しさを提供できるあたりセンスが感じられます。
とうもろこしの冷製スープ
これは予想通りの味ですね
メインは豚肩ロースのステーキ
これも思ったよりもボリュームあり、トリュフ塩で風味よく、パルメザンチーズを希望でかけられるのも良し。
デザートも創意工夫溢れて美味しかったです。
ここまでで十分に6500円の元を取れる内容でしたが、さらに店内の雰囲気もよく、小物もオシャレ。
食器も、喜八工房の山中漆器、マイセン、山本長左の九谷焼、ウェッジウッド、ノリタケ、大倉陶園の食器など、僕が気付けた範囲でもさまざまなジャンルもので食事を楽しませてもらえました。これだけでもサービス料10%の価値があると思いますね。
