東茶屋街の金沢・和洋折衷フレンチ。金沢の食材と和の要素と合わさった、可愛くて、繊細で、しかもすごく美味しい… 3組しか入らない、古民家の中の素敵な世界。全部美味しかった…大大満足。
金沢に来たらひよこのステーキと黒百合の金沢おでんとここには又来たいなと思わせてくれたお店。お鮨や多彩な和食ももちろん捨てがたいが、金沢に来ないと食べられない＝東京では見つけられない味という意味ではこの３つだなと思っています。
