新年早々えらいこっちゃ。
相当揺れてて親戚含め皆大変でしたけど能登の皆さんの事を考えたら。
大きな被害を受けた方々に心よりお悔やみ、お見舞い申し上げます。
こちらのお店は地震の瞬間も多分営業していたらしいこちら。
元旦から営業のお店です。
元旦なのもそうですが、日祭日は通し営業なのもありがたいお店です。
場所は橋場町、天神橋に向かう交差点の近くなんだけど分かりやすい説明が難しい。
兼六園からひがし茶屋街に向かう途中と書けばいいのかな？
黒いビルになっており、少し重々しい雰囲気かと思いきや結構大衆的だったりします。
いただいたのは百万石の鮨。
これは石川の鮨商生活衛生同業組合に加盟する店舗が共同で出している10貫のセット。
元々は店主こだわりの一貫を入れてますみたいな感じだった気がするけど、
現在はこだわりの仕事を効かせた地物の握り、みたいな解釈でいいのかな。
内容は店舗によって大きく異なります。
こちらではかににぶりにのど黒までついていました。
カニは流石に香箱とかではないですがこの時期のぶりやのど黒は流石に脂が乗ってます。
シャリはこの日は結構ベタつきが強めだったかな。こちらのデフォルトなのかどうかまでは分からず。
握りはやや固め、口に入れたらホロリ、というほどではないすが固いってほどでもないです。
臭みもないし鮮度の良さが出た握り。鮮度が売りのこの地ならではとは言えるかも。
寝かせて旨味を引き出したのが良ければ好みからは外れるかと。
単品追加も可能なので、お腹の調子を見ながらお好みでどうぞ。
シーズンは終わったけど香箱がになんかも単品でいけます。売り切れてなければだけど。
観光地に寄った足で寄ったりテイクアウトもあるので利用シーンは状況に応じて色々。
テイクアウトで押し寿司を持ち帰って自宅やホテルでいただくことも出来ますね。
