金沢グルメの一つに「金沢おでん」があります。
竹千代のように日本料理と絡めて高額なお店もあるし、
居酒屋然として庶民派のおでん屋さんもあります。
ランキングを見た時に1位なのだが写真もパッとせず
なんだかな・・・と思っていたお店、それが「黒百合」でした。
今回の金沢訪問でもいくつもりはなかったのですが
お土産を探していてふと思いついて寄ってみました。

お店に入ったのは13時過ぎでお昼の混雑が終わった頃か。
店内はかなり混んでいましたがカウンターに1席だけ空席。
あまり飲めないのだが生ビールをもらって、おでんも盛り合わせ。
すぐにやってきましたが汁を飲んで驚愕！！
透き通った汁がめっちゃ美味い。
塩加減が絶妙。
しかも様々な旨みが複雑絡んでるように感じた。
美味過ぎて頭の中が一瞬混乱した感じ。
もちろん、おでんの具も美味い！
練り物や車麩、ゆでたまご・・・最高です。
でもしつこいようですが、出汁がめっちゃ美味い。
こんな出汁は初めてです！って言いたいくらいに美味しい。
