金沢旅行２日目の朝活で
朝7:00からオープンの海鮮丼屋さんということで、7:30前に寄ってみたらすでに20組待ちくらいで驚き...
名前と連絡先を書いた紙を貼っておいたら電話くれるシステムなので、一旦書いて1時間くらいお散歩して戻ってきたら、ちょうど名前呼ばれたラッキー✌️
無難にローカル丼(2200円)を注文〜
お米の量は大中小が選べたので中にした
出てくるまでの間金沢のグルメ雑誌を渡してくれたり、丼が出てきたら「写真撮りましょうか？」とお声がけしてくれたり、お店の暖かさを感じた☺️
どのネタも、弾力があって歯応えから美味しい。鮮度高そう。一つのネタにつき、一切れくらいやけど、いろんな味を楽しめるので良かった。
トロが1番好きやけど、カニ、エビ金沢のはやっぱ美味しいな〜と思った！
