杉本水産さんは近江町市場のお魚屋なんですが店の片隅で焼く蒲焼が美味しくて有名です!!
土用丑の日にｳﾅｷﾞの蒲焼を売っている店はたくさんありますが杉本水産さんが毎年一番長い行列ができてますね♪
ｳﾅｷﾞの蒲焼を売っているお店には必ずといっていいほどﾄﾞｼﾞｮｳの蒲焼も売っています。
炭火でこんがり焼かれほろ苦いﾄﾞｼﾞｮｳは何十年も注ぎ足されたﾀﾚとﾏｯﾁしていますね☆
