数年前に伺いました。今回で五回目位です。
最初は前の店（店のすぐ前）で古い感じでした。 カウンターに全て並べる
昔ながらの寿司屋さんの感じで寿司も刺身も美味しく頂きました。
三回目位で新しいお店でオープンされタイミング良く湯呑み茶碗も頂きました。
新しいお店も金沢らしさを感じ雰囲気も良く良い感じです。
お寿司のネタも熟成させる感じで酢飯とのバランス、握り方も好い感じです。
高級店とは違う質の高さを感じさせます。数年、伺ってませんが親方は元気かな？
金沢に行く機会も少なくチャンスも無いですが行きたい店です。
