... from the seats. The most popular dish is the "Soba Gozen" where you can freely choose from a variety of "appetizers, rice bowls, soba noodles, and desserts." The owner, who trained at the long-established "Yabusoba," makes the thin Edo-style soba noodles and the spicy soup with bonito stock are delicious. There is a wide variety of "seeds" made with seasonal vegetables throughout the year, and in the spring, the "Wakatake Soba" with lots of bamboo shoots and mountain vegetables is recommended.
