出張で金沢へ。
この冬一番の雪らしいです。
仕事の合間のランチです。
地元の人が気を使ってくれてこの回転寿司に連れて行ってくれました。
綺麗な店舗で大箱ですね。
メニューを見ると関西の回転寿司では見る事のないネタがずらりと並んでいます。
・はたはた
・まとう鯛
・やがら
などなど・・・これらが握りとしてメニューにならんでいました。驚きです。
1459円の特上ランチをオーダーしていただきました。
見た目は普通でしたが、食べてみると関西の一皿100円の回転寿司とはまったく違います。
ウニなんて回転寿司では食べられたものじゃありませんがここのはちゃんとしてます。
氷見港、金沢港、橋立港より直送されたネタだそうです。
回転しているお寿司の値段もそこそこしてるようですが、美味しいネタを使っているみたいですね。
お味噌汁には甘海老が入っていました。
海老から出る出汁の味は濃いので好みはわかれるかな。
金沢の回転寿司一味違いますね。
関西にもぜひ出店していただきたいお店です。
