すし食いねえの各店を訪問していますが開店当初の為かスタッフがスムーズに動いていない点が目立ちます。
特に県庁前店のスタッフが2名程度派遣されていますが、他のスタッフの動きが悪くスムーズさに欠けるようです。
味は満点ですが、他の要因での欠点が有り満足点とはなりませんでした。特に会計の動きが悪く、客の溜りが目立ちました。
失敗を多く経験して他の店と肩を並べる事でしょう。しばらくの辛抱が必要と思います。
