金沢出張の夜、先輩に「美味い中華を食べさせてやる！」と言われ連れてきてもらいました。
正直、金沢と言えば魚介のイメージで、中華と言われた時はとても驚きました。
お店の場所は片町の路地を一本入った所にあります。
入り口はとても立派で、とても高級な感じがするお店です。
店内に入ると、深夜にもかかわらずそれなりに賑わっています。
注文は全部先輩にお任せしました。
頼んだ物は、餃子、椎茸とチンゲン菜の炒め物、角煮、麻婆豆腐、牛チンジャオロース、フカヒレあんかけ炒飯、春巻、白身魚の甘酢あんかけです。
どれも本当に美味しいです。あと、四川料理店ということで辛さも効いています。
中でもおすすめは、角煮とフカヒレあんかけ炒飯です。
５人で行ってこれだけ頼んで、飲み物も２杯づつ飲んで一人2300円っていうのは嬉しいです。
深夜５時までやっているのも嬉しいです。
次、いつ金沢に行くか分からないですが、是非また行きたいお店です。
