金沢旅、いろいろ良さそうなお店を検索してこちらのお店に決めました。
駅から歩いていける距離にあります。
事前にネット予約して行きました。
他のお店ですが電話予約だと忘れられたこともあるので、ネット予約はとても便利で助かります。
実際に行ってみての感想は雰囲気良し、何を食べても美味しい。
お刺身盛り合わせはどれもすごく美味しくて特にノドグロとブリは抜群に美味しかった‼︎
もっと食べたくてあとからまたブリのお刺身だけ追加で注文しました。
白子の茶碗蒸しは岩海苔の餡がかかっていて初めて食べましたが感動的な美味しさ‼︎
加賀野菜のサラダはいろいろな種類の野菜が入っていてボリューム満点‼︎こんな健康的で美味しいサラダ今まで食べたことない‼︎
締めに食べたアラ汁は数種類の魚が入っていてアラとは思えないくらい身もたくさんついていて優しい味でとても美味しかった〜。
何を食べてもめちゃくちゃ美味しかった‼︎
追加でブリのお刺身を頼んだ時にはお醤油も新しいものに取り替えてくれる心遣いもあり親切なお店でした。
ほんと良いお店に出会えて素敵な金沢の夜を満喫でき、最高でした‼︎
