コロナ禍で前回キャンセル。7年ぶりにお邪魔しました。金沢行を決めたのもこのお店に行きたいから。
相変わらず、のどぐろ、赤エビ等美味しかったです。どのお料理も手が込んでいて味わい深い。
ただ前回と違っていたのは接客。お酒が飲めないので、当初夫のみお酒、私はお水でお料理を頂きたかったのですが「一人一杯の飲み物の注文を」と言われました。そんな条件があるなら電話での打ち合わせの時に言って欲しかった。言い方もぶっきらぼうで…。であれば、飲めない人向けに料理に合うノンアルコールを備えて欲しい。仕方なくノンアルピールを注文したが、私には日本料理と合うようには思えず…。
いつもは日本酒をペアリングする夫もこの対応に引いたのかお酒が進みませんでした。以前はお料理の感想を二人で言っていると、店主の方が色々と食材について教えて頂けて一品一品が美味しく頂きたのですが、好意的な客とは思われなかったのか、カウンターにもかかわらす全く話しかけられませんでした。ですので3時間のコースが時間を持て余し、残念な夜になってしまいました。
美味しく日本酒が飲めて楽しく会食ができる方にはオススメのお店だと思います。もう金沢に来る目的がなくなってしまいましたが、もしも再来のチャンスがあったらノンアルでもOKであろうランチでお邪魔しようと思います。
