大ファンになりました。
前日にダメ元で電話をしてみたら、幸運にも予約出来ました！
コンパクトな店内でランチの予約時間は11時30分。
11時31分に伺ったら既に他のお客さんは勢揃いされていました（遅刻して申し訳なかったです）。
ご主人が一人で調理配膳をこなされているので、ランチは一斉スタートです。
ランチは1200円の1コースのみで、予約時にお刺身3種盛770円を追加できます。
私はお刺身をつけませんでしたが、他の皆さんは皆頼んでいらっしゃいました（あとで頼めば良かったと後悔）。
カウンターの端でわくわくお料理を待ちます。
ご主人がお一人でとてもリズミカルに料理をされているのが見られるのでカウンター席が大正解。
一品完成して小鉢に盛り付け、また一品完成して盛り付け・・・お料理を提供頂く迄結構待ちますが、ご主人の指先を眺めていると全く飽きません。
しかも丁度目の前にお釜が有り、ご主人が蓋を開けた時に炊きたての甘～い白米の香りが広がって・・・それだけで幸せに。
さて。
四角いお盆を配膳頂きました。
調理風景を眺めていたことも有り、もう和食万歳。
ご飯とお味噌汁はお替わりできます。
もう、和食万歳としか言えません。
お味噌汁をお替わりすると具が変わると聞いていたので迷わずお願いしました。
最初は｢なめこと水菜｣、お替わりは｢あおさとお葱｣でした。
お釜で炊いた白ご飯は甘い香りで何も付けずに二杯食べられそう（ご飯のお替わりはしていませんが）。
南蛮漬け＆大根とタコの煮物＆揚げとワカメと筍の煮物は味がしみていてお酒が欲しくなりました。
特に美味しかったのは小鉢「お揚げとシメジと小松菜の煮物」。
お揚げが上品な甘さで幸せ。
ああ全てが美味しいお味噌汁お替わりしちゃおうかな～とふわふわしていたらご主人がまた調理をされており・・・ちゃちゃっと菜箸を操りだしまき玉子を作られていました！
その後、ふわっと甘いだけじゃないだしまき玉子と海老の揚げたのを頂きました。
何でしょうこの満足感。
金沢に来た際は、是非予約してまた伺いたいです。
