【ロケーション、アクセス】
突然だったんだけど前日に電話したら
一人ならということで入れました。
これは相当ラッキーぞ。
金沢駅から徒歩7分。
此花通りを入った左側にお店はあります。
【お店の雰囲気】
一瞬、一言さんお断りのようで、入りにくそうに感じるが、
通りの入口側にはお花がさしてあって風水なのか分かりませんが
お客に対してウェルカムな雰囲気を感じることができてホッとしました。
風情も感じるし、生花っていいですね。
決してお店は大きくないけどそれがまたいい。
一人で訪問したので場所は正面のカウンター。
目の前には大将と女性の2名で
テンポよく仕事をされている。
【オススメの逸品】
ンチはお任せコース一択で1200円です。
それにお刺身(おつくりお任せ３種)を足したので合計1,970円也。
小鉢がいっぱい出てきて、おしんこ、煮物、エビ唐揚げ、おひたしなど
全て大将が仕込みからお手製です。
熱々のだし巻きやお刺身
全部美味しいけど味噌汁がまた良かった。
個人的には小魚の南蛮漬けの小鉢が気に入ってしまいました。
羽釜で炊いたご飯はお代わりができて、二杯目はおこげが付いていました（Good！）
味噌汁と一緒に2回お代わりをしましたよ。
毎日来店しても飽きがこないような
メニューの工夫もされているということで
僕の地元が金沢ならしゅっちゅう通うのに～という
抜群の評価のお店でした。

唎酒師でありソムリエでもある店主。
寡黙な雰囲気ですがレベルの高い食事を提供して頂けます。
僕は東京からきましたが、
これから金沢に行く友人には
是非とも教えてあげたいお店です。早めの予約が正解です。
日本酒やワインにもお詳しい大将の酒のおすすめを受けながら
次はディナーに行きます。
