... including nigiri, Seafood Bowl bowls overflowing with fresh seafood, and a la carte dishes made with seasonal ingredients. The ingredients are mainly locally caught and extremely fresh. The owner, who was in charge of purchasing at a major Sushi restaurant where he previously worked, personally visits the market to carefully select the seafood. In addition, ingredients freshly caught in Noto at 5am are sometimes served for lunch that same day.
