自然派らーめん神楽さんに伺いたかったのだが行く数日前になって年末まで休業との報を知り
急遽こちらに行く事に決めた。
伺う4日前に電話予約をしたら、既に希望の時間帯は埋まっていて、
先方の指定する時間しか予約が取れなかったので、早めの予約が良い様だ。
旅程の時間調整をして、予約時間に伺える様にした。
私は特選海鮮丼、妻はのどぐろ炙り丼（要事前電話予約）をご飯少な目で注文。
共に金粉抜きでお願いした。（NDとは言え、鉛がゼロとは限らないので食用金粉は嫌厭している）
のどぐろ炙り丼は刺身に近い生だが、表面だけ炙ってあり、刺身の良い所と同時に
炙った香ばしい香りが食欲を更に刺激する旨さ。
特選海鮮丼には３種類のカニ（紅ズワイ・本スワイ・セイコ）が入っていた。
（もちろん季節によって内容は違うのでしょうが）
他の刺身のネタも新鮮で、漁師町育ちの私でも十分に満足出来る質であった。
近年頂いた海鮮丼の中でも、かなり上位クラスに入るお店だと思った。
特選海鮮丼にも炙りノドグロが一切れだけ入っています。
確かに高かったが、値段に見合った質の良い刺身が載っていたので文句ない。美味しかった。
きちんとネタを選び、角の立った刺身（研がれた長い刺身包丁で丁寧に切った証）を
提供されているので、市場などの安いだけの海鮮丼とは全く違います。
そういう点でコスパが決して悪いとは私は思いませんでした。
だって金沢で昼にノドグロ出す有名な「いた＠」なんか、美味しくなかったですよ？
本命視していなかったお店でしたが、金沢訪問時には欠かせないお店になりそうです。
