運良く当日の朝に予約して入れました。
10巻（のどぐろ入り）＋巻物のコース3480円を注文
ランチは茶碗蒸しと腕がついているそうです。
全体的なコスパはいいと思うのですが、全体的に少し塩辛く感じました。
こらは多分ネタかな、、、？締める時や寝かせている時の問題だろうか。はたまた私の味覚か。
また、シャリはこれは好みだと思うのですが比較的お酢感は強めなので好みが分かれるかなと。
鰆との相性はバッチリでしたが、最後の甘くて優しい卵とはややケンカ気味かなと感じたので全体の評価はやや低めです。
とはいえ、この価格でこの内容が食べれるのは普通にすごい気がする。
比較的酢感強目のシャリが好きな方はぜひ。
