鮨みつ川の姉妹店 |
ランチに行こうとしたら、かなり並んでいたので、諦めて、ダメ元で夜行くと、すぐに入れました。その後すぐに満席になったので、運がよかった。
刺身盛り合わせ、ホタルイカ酢味噌、たこ柔らか煮を、まず注文。
刺身は、金沢の地物。
ガス海老、鯖、鯛昆布〆。なんの鯛かは忘れてしまったけど。ガス海老、鯖は鮮度よく、美味しい。昆布〆は、昆布により、より旨みがでていり。
たこ柔らか煮は、本当に柔らかく、いい味付け。
ホタルイカは、美味いし、旬で言うこと無し。
いよいよ握り。
料理長厳選握りで。
しろそい、虹ます、しまあじ、甘エビ、さわら、ぶりとろ、バイ貝、太刀魚、煮ホタテ、ヤリイカ雲丹のせ、とろ、のどぐろ炙り手巻き。
どれも、めちゃくちゃ美味しかった！
特に、虹ますは、脂も乗っていて、甘くて美味しかった。
金沢に行く時は、また行きます！
