Food Noto beef, Noto pork, and Hokuriku healthy chicken. Dissected in-store and served according to cuts
Noto beef is an A5 female cow. The pork is from Noto's α Megumi, and the chicken is fresh from Hokuriku Healthy Chicken. We use our knowledge of carcass processing to butcher the delicious meat that Ishikawa is proud of in-store. In order to bring out the characteristics of each part, we also research methods for purchasing, handling, storing, and serving. Furthermore, we handle everything from meat sales to prepared Side Dishes sales and providing meat at restaurants. By doing everything in-house, we are able to successfully provide high-quality meat with high cost performance. Please enjoy the highest quality meat that can only be found here with Atsushi.

Only about 500 Noto beef are put on the market each year. There are only a few stores that carry A5 cows. However, our store also wholesales Noto beef, so we have an established purchasing route. Therefore, it is possible to stably provide high quality Noto beef. The carcasses of excellent domestic beef, including Noto beef, are used for Sukiyaki, Steak, cubes, trimmings, etc., depending on the cut. We can provide the food in a way that meets the customer's wishes, and we can also suggest ways to enjoy it deliciously.

At the counter seats, the owner's carefully selected ingredients are prepared right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy not only the taste, but also your eyes and ears. You can also enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) at the table seats. Please choose a seat according to your mood and enjoy the rare cuts of Teppan-yaki or Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in the best condition of the day.
