加賀の美味しいお魚が食べられる。
金沢といえばノドグロが有名だが、それ以外の魚も美味しい。金沢市内のスーパーでは、都内では考えられないほど色々な魚が安く売っている。もちろん、どれも獲れたての新鮮な海の幸だ。
旬魚丼はそうした新鮮な魚を盛り沢山に乗せた丼。
文句なしに美味しいし、しかもCP抜群。
