知り合いにおすすめされたので訪問。
石川県の漁協が直営しているお店なので楽しみにしてましたが、
会計時に聞いてみると今は違うとのこと。
残念です。
調理人は同じようです。
刺身盛り合わせ、もずく、さばの味噌煮、和風エビマヨ、お寿司５貫、岩ノリ茶漬け
をいただきました。
刺身はまあまあ。（金沢在住だと特別感はなし）
もずく（うまい）
さばの味噌煮は骨が２本しか残っておらず丁寧な仕事ぶりでうまい
和風エビマヨ どこが和風かはちょっとわかりづらかったがまあまあ。広島のえびらしい。
お寿司５貫 これもまあまあうまい
岩ノリ茶漬け 能登の岩ノリはうまいですね。
総じて満足ではあるが、能登感はあんまり感じなかったかな～。
ランチはお得なんでしょうね。
