金沢駅西口(金沢港口)から、徒歩5～7分ほどの水産会館のビルに入っています。
通りからは、看板が目立ちますので、天気の悪い時も頑張って看板を目印に来て下さい。
店内は、カウンター席(間引いてあり5人掛け)、座敷席(4人掛けが3卓)、テーブル席が6卓あります。思いの外、広く感じます。
◎旬魚亭スペシャル(1480円)は、お造り、煮魚、焼き魚に揚げ物まで付いていて、食べきる自信がなかったので、漁師丼をいただくことにします。
◎漁師丼(1280円)
ご飯の大盛は無料でしたので、大盛にしてもらいます。
まぐろづけ、さわら、ぶり、たい、いくらと宝石箱みたいに光輝いています✨
どれも、柔らかさの中にプリプリ食感があり、鯛も旨味を感じる美味しさです‼️
酢飯も、酢が控えめなので、大盛でも最後まで、飽きずに食べきれます。
お味噌汁は、ネギの旨味を味わえる金沢らしい美味しい逸品です‼️
観光で、来店されると映えない料理かも知れないですが、この美味しさをこの価格で味わえることは、そうそう無いと思います‼️
お隣では、サラリーマンが旬漁亭スペシャルを食べていました。チラッと見てしまいましたが、雰囲気で、私でも完食出来そうです。ただ、ご飯は大盛にしないと、おかずが余りそうですね。
お魚の旨味が濃い、美味しいどんぶりです。
