今まで食べたフレンチの中でダントツ１位です。
メニューをオーナーシェフが持って来てくれましたが、メニューは全てイラスト。どんな食材が来るかイラストを見ながら想像してみて下さいと紹介がありました。全ての料理を写メに載せてませんが、どれを取っても美味しいしか出てきません。まずは最初のスイカの冷製スープにて食欲をそそられ、最後のエスプレッソや蜂蜜まで手が込んでいて噛むたびに中に入っている素材が次から次へと出てくるので、感覚としても楽しさを感じました。またワインやシングルモルトは
どれを飲んでも美味しく、料理の味を損なわないお酒ばかりでした。シングルモルトの十年明はまさにその代表格で、白ワインの鳥居平今村も格別に美味しい白ワインでした。
また食べに行きたいです。
