We decided on a trip to Kanazawa when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, so we decided on a date that coincided with the cherry blossoms being in full bloom. What a luxury for me so far! I made a reservation here for dinner in Kanazawa. This time I wanted to see the cherry blossoms, so I didn't want to spend too much time eating, so I searched for a cheap place and found this one.The price was so low that I was satisfied with the price.It was a bar rather than Restaurants. Prosciutto...the salty taste is strong, but is it the loin part? It was easy to eat with no streaks in the lean part. Carpaccio... Thick fillets of sardines, salmon, and yellowtail completely change the image of carpaccio, and it's filling. The shrimp miso sauce and dill sauce are also delicious. Ajillo...it's piping hot! Plenty of ingredients such as cod. It's quite filling. Focaccia and bamboo charcoal pane, both homemade and delicious! The focaccia was super fluffy♡ Pasta...The pasta with firefly squid, seasonal vegetables, and fresh tomato sauce had a lot of chili pepper flavor. Main dish... Angus beef stew in red wine is soft and flavorful, and the accompanying vegetables such as okra, eggplant, and sweet potato are perfect. I was quite full and had to enjoy the cherry blossoms at night, so I gave up on the optional dessert. I thought the food was more than worth the price. However, the other customers were regulars who were close friends with the master, so it didn't really feel like we were away. LOL It was a bit difficult for the ladies who weren't used to the stools. However, the food was delicious.
